| From Bloomberg: Commercial real estate rents are poised to rise in 2011 after reaching a low this year, according to Bruce Mosler, co-chairman of Cushman & Wakefield Inc., the largest closely held property services company. “The market has bottomed,” Mosler said today at the Real Estate Briefing hosted by Bloomberg Link in New York. “We can expect to see rental appreciation next year.”.............................................Full Article: Source |
