From WSJ: While the commercial-real-estate market is experiencing a rocky recovery, profits for some commercial-brokerage firms have risen, as the transaction volume has come back from a near standstill in 2009. Revenue for commercial-brokerage firm CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. hit $1.3 billion in the third quarter, a 24% increase from the same period in 2009, the company said Tuesday.
