24.04.2009 - Alaska fund’s investments down 5% for quarter
From Pionline.com: The $27.4 billion Alaska Permanent Fund, Juneau, returned -4.93% on its investments as of March 31, the third quarter of its fiscal year, confirmed spokeswoman Laura Achee. Despite positive numbers for March, equity returns were down in the quarter. The U.S. equity portfolio returned -9.5%; non-U.S. stock, -9.6%; and global stock, -11.6%.
