From Business24-7.ae: Volatility that plagued GCC economies in the last quarter of 2008 has subsided and the hydrocarbon rich region is heading towards a economic stability, a key Kuwaiti financial centre said yesterday. "We have a neutral view for the second quarter of 2009. This is because we still expect earnings weakness to continue along with weak liquidity.
