| From Propertywire.com: The spectacular value of farmland in England has been brought to a halt by a wet harvest, falling commodity prices and increased costs, according to the latest research. The value of farmland fell by just under 1% in the third quarter of 2008 following growth of 11.9% and 10.4% in quarters one and two respectively, the Knight Frank Farmland Index shows.
