| From Reuters: Aviv REIT Inc on Monday registered its initial public offering of 14.7 million shares. In an amended filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the real estate investment trust said it plans to sell 11.6 million shares while stockholders will sell an additional 3.1 million shares. The filing did not reveal the expected price of the IPO. The Chicago-based company said it applied for a New York Stock Exchange listing under the symbol "AVI." .... Full Article: Source |
