The top 10 shareholders of the Romanian oil carrier Conpet Ploiesti include Norway’s sovereign fund, which owns 0.24% of the company, and the largest Danish lender Danske Bank, with a stake of 0.14%, according to the latest reports recorded on Bloomberg. The Romanian state controls the company through the Energy Ministry, which has a majority stake of 58.7%, and Romanian investment fund Fondul Proprietatea has a 6% stake, reports local Ziarul Financiar.
