| 3SBio Inc., a Chinese producer of biopharmaceutical products, and its private-equity backer are seeking as much as $712 million from a Hong Kong initial public offering.
The company, based in the northeastern Chinese city of Shenyang, and an arm of Citic Private Equity Funds Management Co. are offering 606.1 million shares at HK$8.30 to HK$9.10 apiece, according to terms for the deal obtained by Bloomberg.
