From Bloomberg: Aluminum fell to a three-year low and copper declined in London on speculation more metal will be shipped out of China, adding to global supplies as demand falters. Zinc also fell. China will lower export tariffs on some aluminum to 5 percent from 15 percent as of Dec. 1, the Ministry of Finance said Nov. 14.
