From Timesonline.co.uk: Not all of Britain will suffer equally, with homeowners in the north — loosely defined as anywhere north of the Midlands — likely to experience falls as much as double those in the south. Savills estate agency predicts that the mainstream market in the northern regions will register a drop of 6.7%-7% in 2010. By contrast, prices in the south, buoyed by City bonuses and foreign buyers attracted by the low rate of sterling against the euro, are likely to fall less steeply, by 2.8%-4.1%. ................................Full Article: Source
