11.03.2014 - Sovereign wealth fund demand for U.S. properties picks up
Commercial real estate investment sales topped $355 billion last year, a 19 percent hike over 2012 and the highest dollar volume since the financial crash in 2008, according to New York-based research firm Real Capital Analytics. The firm expects 2014 volume to approach $400 billion, rivaling the dollar volume levels in 2004 and 2005.
