| From Bloomberg: Denmark’s housing market is nearing the bottom as the Scandinavian nation’s economy emerges from recession, though property prices will stagnate through next year, central bank Governor Nils Bernstein said. “Maybe in the third or fourth quarter the housing market will trough,” Bernstein said in an interview in Copenhagen on Sept. 28. “It will be flat in 2010, we don’t have big expectations that it will suddenly start to rise.”....................Full Article: Source |
