Nickel touched a two-week low as concerns about supply restrictions eased and the US dollar strengthened. Indonesia is finalising revisions to regulations that will allow exports of processed metal concentrates for a further three to five years and may permit sales of low-grade nickel ore. There has also been speculation that Philippine mines may avoid shutdowns after a government audit.
