05.10.2016 - Oil Prices Near Flat on Skepticism Over OPEC’s Efficacy
Oil prices are flip-flopping around unchanged Tuesday on divided opinion about OPEC’s ability to successfully rein in production. The market has been buoyed by a tentative agreement from the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries to cut output to between 32.5 million and 33 million barrels a day.
