The British move fast. While we wrestle for a couple of years with the succession of leadership in the White House, the British have in swift days bounced out Prime Minister David Cameron, and his successor Theresa May, is already governing in 10 Downing Street. Cameron had no choice but to fall on his sword since for the sake of a squabbling Conservative Party, beset by a reactionary far right, he miscalculated the risk of a national referendum of dubious constitutionality.
