22.04.2016 - Currency Manipulation, American Style
I realize I’m tiptoeing on the slippery slope of political incorrectness here, but I must have my 2 cents worth on the monumental goings on with our currency. It’s a classic case of a solution in search of a problem. First, it was announced that a woman would be replacing Alexander Hamilton on the $10 bill (actually the $10 note). Alexander Hamilton was the first and greatest Secretary of the Treasury ever, and I wondered whom he had offended in the current administration so long after his untimely death. But what got me even more was that he was not to be replaced by a particular woman, but by a woman to be determined later.
