Global markets are likely to remain under pressure this week, as investors worry about a looming United States rate rise and the possibility of a Chinese currency devaluation. In the US, the Dow Jones Industrial Average has suffered seven straight days of losses – its longest losing streak since 2011 – as investors prepare for a possible interest rate hike next month, the first in almost a decade.
