Oil extended losses from the lowest level in more than 5 1/2 years as Venezuela and Iran called for members of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries to work together to assist in a recovery of the crude market. Futures slid as much as 1.5 percent in London after a seventh weekly drop.
