On a more serious note, Libya can be expected to remain unstable, given that the opposing forces are too balanced for one to become dominant quickly. Production will fluctuate. Similarly, expect uncertainty about the Middle East political situation, including Abadi’s attempt to establish a stable government in Iraq and the ongoing negotiations with Iran over its nuclear research program.
