Oil prices slipped Tuesday as analysts predicted a sixth-straight weekly increase in U.S. crude stockpiles and as traders anticipated lower demand for heating-related fuel as the end of winter approaches. Light, sweet crude for April delivery fell 99 cents, or 1%, to $101.83 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
