From Bloomberg: U.K. house prices held their value for a third month in July as the credit squeeze and the recession prevented the property market from improving, Hometrack Ltd. said. The average cost of a home in England and Wales was 155,600 pounds ($256,351), 7.7 percent lower than a year earlier, the London-based property research company said in an e-mailed statement today.............Full Article: Source
