The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries will trim crude shipments through early April while refiners in Asia perform seasonal maintenance work, according to tanker-tracker Oil Movements.
The group that supplies about 40 percent of the world’s oil will reduce crude shipments by 40,000 barrels a day, or 0.2 percent, to 23.72 million barrels a day in the four weeks to April 6, the researcher said today in an e-mailed report.
