09.01.2013 - December OPEC oil output falls
Crude-oil output from members of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries fell in December as Saudi Arabia curtailed production, according to data released Tuesday by the U.S. Energy Information Administration. OPEC members pumped 30.28 million barrels a day in December, down from a revised 30.46 million barrels a day in November, according to the EIA's monthly short-term energy outlook.
