The nationís energy boom shows no signs of slowing in 2013, and thatís great news for consumers, job-seekers and most businesses. Residential electricity costs will fall 2.2 percent next year after adjusting for inflation, predicts the Energy Information Administration. Already low natural gas prices for consumers will be flat, the EIA forecasts. Gasoline prices will drop more than 5 percent this year and rise less than inflation for the next decade, the EIA estimates.
