Emerging markets are on a hot streak, as investors no longer transfixed by Europe's sovereign-debt woes are lured by the prospect of strong growth in the developing world. Many currencies are no longer moving in tandem with the euro, boosting confidence in a sustained rally even as Europe staggers toward a long-term solution to its crisis.
