From Bloomberg: Romanian housing starts declined at a faster pace in May as wage growth and lending slowed and interest rates remained the highest in the European Union. Housing starts slumped an annual 29 percent in May to 4,475, compared with a decline of 21 percent in April, the Bucharest-based National Statistics Institute said in an e-mail today.
