| From Telegraph: The first green shoots seem to be emerging in the US housing market, with the number of homes under construction rising to a two-and-a-half-year high. New construction work on houses or flats – so called "housing starts" – rose by 17.2pc in May to a seasonally adjusted annualised rate of 532,000 homes.
