From Ninemsn.com.au: A top US regulator has suggested delaying new caps that would trim big commodity bets amid criticism his agency is barrelling ahead without enough information. Gary Gensler, chairman of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, said that so-called "position limits" for traders in energy, metals and grain markets may be able to wait until better data on the size of markets' and traders' positions exist.
