From Reuters: Robust oil prices might induce OPEC to pump more, helping to calm a rising market and limit damage to a fragile economy, but the producer club is unlikely to agree a formal change in output when it meets in Vienna next week. The 12-member Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries has not officially changed production policy since December 2008.
