From Reuters: The owners of Dubai Financial Market and the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange have held merger talks, the DFM head said on Tuesday, as dwindling volumes and shrinking profits intensify consolidation pressure. "It is in the interest of everybody to consolidate," DFM executive chairman Essa Kazim told reporters.
