From Reuters: OPEC Secretary General Abdullah al-Badri said on Monday OPEC nations needed oil prices of $70 a barrel to justify investments in projects. Badri, speaking at a press conference at the International Energy Forum (IEF), added that the producer group was resuming spending on oil projects that were suspended when oil prices fell from record highs over $147 a barrel in July 2008 to below $33 a barrel in December of that year......................................Full Article: Source
