Private Equity lawyer John Pollack joins Gibson Dunn

Opalesque Industry Update - Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is pleased to announce that John M. Pollack, former Co-Chair of Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP’s M&A and Securities Group, will join the firm as a partner in New York. At Gibson Dunn, Pollack will continue his focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
