Boris Tiomkin joins ConceptONE

Opalesque Industry Update - ConceptONE, LLC, a leading provider of Risk and Regulatory Reporting Solutions, has announced that Boris Tiomkin has joined the firm as Executive Chairman. Mr. Tiomkin will be primarily responsible for leading ConceptONE’s strategic planning and business development efforts, and is expected to work with the firm’s management team to accelerate the company’s expansion in the Americas and Europe, and extends its reach to Asia. Mr. Tiomkin will report directly to the ConceptONE Board.

Mr. Tiomkin brings over 30 years of financial services industry experience and, more specifically, extensive knowledge and expertise in the fund services business. Most recently, Mr. Tiomkin sold the firm he founded, AIS Fund Administration, to US Bancorp, the fifth largest bank in the United States. Prior to founding AIS, he headed Prime Brokerage operations for both Credit Suisse and Salomon Brothers. “ConceptONE is fortunate to have someone with Boris’s vast experience, demonstrated successes, and solid reputation join our Company. His deep knowledge of the global fund services and prime brokerage businesses will be invaluable to us as we look to expand our product offering globally,” said Michael S. Rosen, CEO.
