CME- Australian Dollar vs. U.S. Dollar - Daily

Near Term Trend: Negative
Friday’s Close: 0.97250 (- 80)
UPDATE: Seven weeks ago, we called for a cap in Aussie 1.0400. Following that observation, Aussie hit a high of 1.0384, and immediately sold off to 1.0222.
In out last report we observed, a bounce higher could be feasible, however I believe even a bounce will not allow Aussie to trade above 1.01850. Subsequently, the bounce never materialized and this past week Aussie traded to its lowest point since June 2012.
I will buy Aussie at present levels and place a 0.9930 close only stop (U.S. pit trading).
