Near Term Trend: Negative
Monday's Trade: $1,187.50 (+ $1.10)
UPDATE: Three weeks ago, we pointed to: "$1,150.00 is the key near term support". In addition, prior to the last five days of trading we identified the fact; The December contract formed a Key Upside Reversal on Friday (see chart), and stated "This tends to be a strong buy signal". Subsequently, the December contract traded $21.00 higher from the settlement of the Key reversal. Please note, however, the highs last Friday, and today are abutting against resistance at the 21- Day M.A (blue) line. Regardless, if Equities falter, Gold will rise.
