| Bailey McCann, Opalesque New York: Activist hedge fund manager David Einhorn has voluntarily dropped his lawsuit against Apple. As Opalesque has reported, Einhorn filed suit against Apple over a proxy vote to be held at the company's annual shareholder meeting.
