In the second half of 2011, the fine wine market experienced a correction similar to the one seen during the financial crisis. We analyze the long term performance parameters of fine wine and wine investment funds compared to other asset classes over a period with two major draw downs.

We also introduce Trellis Fine Wine Investments LLC, a US-based alternative asset management company specializing in structuring and managing portfolios of investment grade wine for high net worth clients and institutional investors.
