Investors target central European property

Investment activity in Central European commercial property reached €958 million in the first quarter of 2012, a six percent increase over the five year average, but down from €1.8 billion in the previous quarter, according to a new study.
The Czech market reported an upward trend with six closed transactions in the first quarter worth €237 million, compared to a mere €20 million during the same quarter in 2012, Cushman & Wakefield reports.
