Ireland: First-time buyers dominate housing market

The continuing drop in house prices in Northern Ireland means first-time buyers are dominating the property market for the first time in more than a decade.
A new survey by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) found almost half of respondents (44%) reported average house prices were unchanged over the past three months to the end of August, while 55% said prices fell in the period………………………………………..Full Article: Source
