The retail market in Romania remains active in terms of constructions, both in Bucharest and in the countryside, according to a recent study published by Colliers International.
Although in the first quarter, only 5,000 m² of retail space were delivered to the market, by Nepi and Carrefour in Brasov, there is an additional area of 300,000 m² under active construction.
