Ireland: House prices at 2000 levels says Savills

From Insideireland.ie: House prices have fallen to levels last seen in 2000 and not 2002 as calculated by the latest Permanent TSB/ESRI index, according to real estate firm Savills Ireland.
“While the PTSB index shows that prices in the market are back to 2002 levels, Savills data for particular areas shows that houses are transacting in some cases at 2000 price levels,” Joan Henry, Head of Research at Savills Ireland said……………………………………….Full Article: Source
