Rasameel Structured Finance Company, a leading Kuwaiti Islamic structured finance firm, held its sixth annual general assembly meeting and presented the annual report along with the auditor’s report, annual financial statements and the shariah supervisory board’s report for the fiscal year 2011-2012.
This was held at the Ministry of Commerce & Industry on Tuesday 11/09/2012 which was chaired by the Chairman & Managing Director of Rasameel Structured Finance, Mr. Issam Al Tawari. For the twelve month period that ended on 31st March, 2012, the company realized a net profit of KD574,421, a substantial increase compared to a loss of KD564,422 in the previous year, 2010-2011.
