RCM Alternatives and Attain Capital form partnership

Independent broker RCM Alternatives has entered into an agreement to join forces with Attain Capital Management. Under the agreement, RCM will acquire Attain’s fund offerings, education, research and database assets while bringing all of its principals and employees under the RCM umbrella.

The transaction is expected to close in the first week of March, Attain said in a statement.

RCM Alternatives is an independent introducing broker that provides high net-worth investors and registered investment advisors (RIAs) with education and services for investing in managed futures.

Attain Capital Management is a registered commodity brokerage firm and commodity pool operator founded in 2002 and specializing in managed futures.

"The combination of RCM and Attain will create an industry leader with the unmatched ability to meet the alternative asset allocation needs of today’s investor," said Bobby Schwartz, principal and managing partner of RCM Alternatives.

Both Chicago-based companies specialize in pairing high net-worth individuals, investment advisors, and institutional investors with commodity-focused managed futures investments through separately managed accounts and private funds. The combination of ......................
