Prime Capital appoints two industry experts to board of directors

Frankfurt-based Prime Capital AG yesterday announced the appointment of Dr. Werner Goricki and Dr. Thomas Keller to the board of directors.

Dr. Werner Goricki, who has held the position of CIO at Prime Capital since 2007, will be responsible for the asset management business, focusing on the development of new absolute-return products.

Dr. Thomas Keller, Prime Capital's CRO, will be responsible for the firm's risk management & reporting services division. In this role, he will develop risk and money management solutions for institutional investors and improve Prime Capital's technical infrastructure.

“We are very pleased to welcome the recognized industry experts Werner Goricki and Thomas Keller to the board,” Wolfgang Stolz, the firm's founder and CEO said. “Due to the difficult market environment and stricter regulation standards, institutional investors are now already looking for independent, integrated service solutions in the fields of asset management, investment solutions and risk management and reporting. We think this trend will grow stronger in the future, so it is a logical step for us to appoint directors overseeing those fields.”
