Taiwan’s Public Service Pension Fund: Hedge fund ETFs are a great idea
From Asianinvestor.net: Plagued by underfunding and mismatches in assets and liabilities, like many other defined-benefit pension funds in Taiwan, the Public Service Pension Fund (PSPF) is thinking about ways to resolve an expected crisis when it will not have enough cash to pay out its pension participants.

PXP launches Vietnam's first open-ended fund
